SHIPPING
Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location.
Expedited shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). Expedited shipping charges are based on weight of package and shipping location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.
A Note about USPS Packages: If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS
-Please let us know if you have any issues or are dissatisfied with your order for any reason. We want to make sure you enjoy our products!
-If your product arrives to you damaged for any reason, please email us asap at biminibeautyllc@gmail.com and we will rush a replacement to you.
-We are unable to offer returns or refunds due to the organic nature of our products, but are more than happy to issue a merchandise credit for unopened items.
-All of our products are handmade, natural and food-grade quality so each batch may vary slightly. They are sensitive to fluctuations of heat, so please mind their storage.
